  3. Q: What should you do if the migraine pain returns after the first dose?

    • A: You can take a second tablet after a minimum of 2 hours from your first dose. Never exceed 2 tablets (80mg) in any 24 hours.

  4. Q: Why is Relpax completely prohibited for patients with heart disease?

    • A: Because Eletriptan causes temporary narrowing of blood vessels, which can be dangerous for patients with coronary artery disease.

  5. Q: Can I combine Relpax with other migraine remedies like Zomig?
