  • Storage Conditions

  • How To Use
    • Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, or bathing for 30 minutes before taking a blood pressure measurement.
    • Sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back fully supported; relax for 5 minutes.
    • Remove any tight clothing from your upper left arm to allow direct skin exposure.
    • Insert the cuff's air tube plug firmly into the air jack connector on the left side of the Omron monitor.
    • Wrap the cuff smoothly around your upper arm, positioning the lower edge roughly 1 to 2 cm above the elbow line.
    • Ensure the air tube runs straight down the inside of your arm, aligned perfectly with your middle finger.
    • Keep your arm resting naturally on a table so the cuff sits level at the same height as your heart structure.
    • Press the central [START/STOP] button once; remain completely still and do not speak while the cuff inflates and deflates automatically.
    • Read your recorded systolic, diastolic, and pulse numbers on the screen, then press [START/STOP] to shut down the device system.
